I work on building businesses from the ground up, and on diagnosing and restructuring existing businesses, by understanding the numbers, defining priorities, and turning decisions into plans that can be executed and measured.
More than ten years of experience in building, developing, and managing businesses across different sectors, including restaurants, e-commerce, digital transformation, and development work.
I have worked with businesses in stable markets, and with others that needed fast decisions under pressure.
I do not treat business as one ready-made formula that works for everyone.
Every business has its own context, numbers, team, and timing.
That is why I do not start with the question: What should we do?
I start with a simpler and more important question: What is really happening?
In most cases, the problem is not the amount of work being done, but the way the situation is being read.
Sometimes the business does not need more ideas. It needs to understand what is holding it back, and what deserves a decision now.

My experience is focused on two main stages: building businesses from the ground up, and working with existing businesses when they need diagnosis or restructuring.
I look at the business as one connected system that includes the idea, the market, the numbers, operations, the team, and the customer. Then I work on defining priorities and turning them into a clear plan that can be executed and measured.

After that, priorities turn into a clear execution plan, and the result is measured through real indicators.
