I am Ibrahim Hasan, a civil engineer, business designer, and business developer.
My professional path was shaped inside businesses, not inside one single specialty. I started with trade, then moved through experiences in founding and operating restaurants, real estate investment, building service companies, developing educational and technology projects, and working in development environments during crises.
These experiences taught me that a business cannot be understood through marketing, operations, or numbers separately, but through the relationship between the idea, the market, the team, money, and the ability to execute.
Today, I focus on building businesses from the ground up, diagnosing and reorganizing existing businesses, and turning ideas and problems into decisions and plans that can be executed and measured.
My journey developed through overlapping paths that combined trade, business formation, operations, negotiation, building service companies, and working in crisis environments.
Not every stage started after the previous one ended. Some experiences moved in parallel, and each one added a different angle to the way I understand business.
I started early in sales and trade, then moved into import and supply experiences between Egypt, Oman, Dubai, and Gaza.
This stage taught me how to read the market, look for opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, price products, manage capital, and make decisions with limited information in fast-changing markets.
I co-founded Fakhar w Nar from the ground up in Gaza, and took on roles connected to operations, team management, pricing, quality, purchasing, supply, customer service, and marketing.
This experience was one of the most important practical stages in my journey, because it placed me directly in front of the relationship between the idea, the management decision, and the daily details that determine whether a business succeeds or struggles.
In parallel with my other businesses, I took part in preparing valuations for land and real estate under the supervision of a certified appraiser, and contributed to several deals that required studying value, analyzing risk, and negotiating between parties.
I also participated in handling some obstacles and disputes related to deals, which deepened my understanding of the difference between price and value, and the importance of reaching solutions that protect the interests of the parties while saving time and cost.
I managed an unorganized receivables file for a brand operating in Gaza, in the absence of accurate accounts and with heavy reliance on scattered notebooks and notes.
The work started by rebuilding the information, matching balances, classifying cases, then negotiating different repayment solutions. Within around nine months, nearly 70% of the original debt was recovered, from a total estimated at more than $800K.
This experience added to my journey a practical understanding of cash flow, commercial negotiation, relationship management, and turning scattered information into executable decisions.
I founded Atheer, and through it worked with more than 50 clients across several Arab markets.
The experience included building the service model, pricing, acquiring clients, managing the team and specialists, reviewing quality, and connecting marketing to the client’s business objective.
The agency stopped with the outbreak of the war in October 2023, after becoming one of the core experiences that shaped my understanding of service companies and managing client relationships.
I started working with SEED Foundation in roles connected to monitoring and supervision, then moved to coordinating the Gaza office, and later to coordinating programs and projects.
I participated in designing, developing, and following up on projects related to food, water, health, education, digital work, and livelihoods, in environments marked by limited information, changing needs, supply difficulties, and pressure on time and resources.
This stage taught me how a field problem can become a project that can be implemented and followed up, and how priorities are arranged when not all options are available.
I started a new stage of rebuilding my professional path, and participating in the establishment and development of projects in Oman, Egypt, and Gulf markets, especially in technology, education, services, and digital transformation.
Today, these experiences meet in one space: designing businesses from the beginning, developing existing businesses, and contributing to decisions that are clearer, more executable, and measurable.
